Cultivating a Culture of Integrity! Taisugar Hosts Series of Integrity and Legal Education Seminars

To continuously advance clean governance and strengthen legal education, Taisugar, following its Green Energy Integrity Workshop held on May 18, is organizing a series of Integrity and Legal Education Seminars in July and August 2025. Through a series of legal interpretations, case studies, and experience sharing, the company aims to guide employees in establishing correct legal concepts, implementing integrity and honesty in daily operations, and enhancing corporate governance effectiveness.

Taisugar emphasizes that integrity and honesty are the foundation of sustainable operations and the key to enhancing social trust. To strengthen employees' legal compliance awareness, the company will focus on education, integrating laws and regulations with practical applications to improve employees' ability to act in accordance with the law. By embedding integrity principles into business processes, Taisugar aims to strengthen internal control and preventive functions, thereby reducing the occurrence of violations and misconduct.

The seminar series consists of three sessions: the first, held today (the 10th), features Hsu Chia-lung, Director of the Southern Investigation Division of the Ministry of Justice's Anti-Corruption Agency, delivering a lecture on "Promotion of Integrity Regulations"; the second session invites Wang Sheng-hao, Chief Prosecutor of Tainan District Prosecutors Office, to provide an in-depth analysis on "Workplace Integrity Ethics and Understanding of Legal Responsibilities"; the third session welcomes Wang Po-tun, Prosecutor General of Yilan District Prosecutors Office, to lecture on "Common Violations and Illegal Practices in State-Owned Enterprises and Legal Responsibility Analysis."

Taisugar will continue to promote integrity advocacy and legal education in the future, using tiered and targeted approaches to strengthen employees' awareness of integrity, rule of law, and ethical conduct.
