<strong>I have a dream that <u>never leaves my mind</u>.</strong> It is a world where everyone can be useful to society just as they are.

Looking at society today, many people work while adapting themselves 'to be evaluated'. Companies also make strategies to survive and are chased by competition. I do not want to deny that in itself.

However, within that structure, it has always bothered me that <strong>talents that should originally shine are quietly buried</strong>.

Everyone has their own unique strengths. Those strengths benefit someone, and that someone's strengths support someone else. I think, <strong>how rich would society be if it were sustained solely by such a chain of contributions</strong>.

<strong>The reason I work in recruitment support at Stella Talent Partners is, ultimately, connected to that dream.</strong>

For companies to meet the people they truly need. For individuals to reach places where they can leverage their strengths. I believe that improving the accuracy of that 'matching' is a small but certain step towards a society where contributions circulate.

Towards co-creation that leverages each other's strengths, rather than competition for profit. That is the economic sphere that we at Stella Talent Partners are aiming for.

When I speak of my dream, it may sound idealistic.

But I genuinely believe this dream can be realized. Because I have witnessed moments where each individual's talent shines, time and again, through my work.
