Stellar Partner's 'YUKIN Tsumitate DB Plan' Exceeds 10,000 Participants

Stellar Partner Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tomoyuki Tojo, https://stellarpartner.net/) is pleased to announce that as of the end of March 2026, the 'YUKIN Tsumitate DB Plan', a defined benefit corporate pension plan for voluntary participation, has exceeded 10,000 participants (approximately 10,500) and reached 120 adopting companies. The 'Yukin Corporate Pension Fund', which operates the 'YUKIN Tsumitate DB Plan', obtained approval from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in April 2022. The plan has grown more than tenfold in terms of adopting companies, reaching approximately 10,500 participants and 120 companies in about four years since its establishment. This rapid growth is attributed to the expansion of the partner network and the plan's advantage of being cost-free for companies and easy to implement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
