Event Report: Environmental Education Event Held at 'St.Cousair Forest' in Collaboration with Shinshu University, Attended by Approx. 50 Employees and Families

St.Cousair Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Iizuna, Nagano; President: Ryota Kuze) held its 11th 'Nature Watching' event on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 'St.Cousair Forest' (Shinano, Nagano), a site certified as a 'Nature Symbiosis Site' by the Ministry of the Environment. Approximately 50 people participated, joining five experts from the Shinshu University Faculty of Education's Forest Ecology Laboratory and students to engage in nature-friendly programs and a tasting session of 'wild grass salad' seasoned with the company's own brand products. St.Cousair Forest was certified as a 'Nature Symbiosis Site' in December 2025 under the Regional Biodiversity Enhancement Act. This event, which began in 2016, aims to provide employees and their families with opportunities to experience nature and deepen their understanding of the company's forest conservation efforts. The program included wild plant observation, forest walks, insect collecting, and a tasting session, allowing participants to experience the bounty of nature through all five senses.
