Stayway to Provide Subsidy DX Service "Subsidy Cloud for Gov" to Kagawa Prefecture

Stayway Inc. (Location: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Jun Sato, hereinafter "Stayway"), the operator of "Subsidy Cloud," will provide its subsidy DX service for local governments, "Subsidy Cloud for Government" (hereinafter "Subsidy Cloud for Gov"), to Kagawa Prefecture.

"Subsidy Cloud for Gov" is a service for local governments that began service in May 2026. This implementation in Kagawa Prefecture marks the fourth case nationwide, following Aomori City, Akita Prefecture, and Kumamoto City. Stayway will promote nationwide expansion using this initiative as a role model and, based on "Subsidy Cloud for Gov," will support the DX of subsidy administration in local governments and the promotion of growth investment for regional businesses.

Background of Service Provision

Local governments are developing diverse support measures to address the management challenges of regional businesses and promote growth investment. However, challenges remain in establishing a system that can comprehensively understand and guide these measures due to the diversification and complexity of systems and the fact that different departments are in charge of different systems.

Furthermore, regional businesses also face challenges such as not being able to identify suitable systems or not being aware of the systems themselves. Therefore, in addition to conventional outreach methods, there was a need to build a new mechanism for delivering necessary information quickly and accurately.

Stayway focuses on the "bottlenecks" at each stage—companies, financial institutions, and government—in the pipeline from system expansion to information reaching the intended recipients, addressing the issue that information does not sufficiently reach the companies that need it even when systems are expanded. To help resolve these bottlenecks, Stayway launched "Subsidy Cloud for Gov," a service for local governments that realizes the advancement of subsidy administration, in May 2026.

Against this backdrop, Stayway will provide "Subsidy Cloud for Gov" to Kagawa Prefecture, aiming to create an environment where regional businesses can utilize support systems more smoothly and effectively.

Overview of Service Provision

The core of this initiative is the centralization of subsidy information dispersed within the prefecture and the establishment of a system for timely information delivery from local governments to businesses. By utilizing the Subsidy Cloud database, prefectural staff can gain a comprehensive understanding of support systems that cover not only Kagawa Prefecture's subsidy systems but also national, prefectural, and city information, enabling more multifaceted and value-added information dissemination.

What is "Subsidy Cloud for Gov"?

"Subsidy Cloud for Gov" is a DX service that realizes the advancement of subsidy administration in local governments.

This service is equipped with a "Subsidy DB Search" function that allows users to search over 9,000 subsidy and grant information items nationwide. Since information on national and local government systems is also collected and updated regularly, it enables prompt and accurate information provision in response to inquiries from SMEs and other businesses.

In addition, the "Subsidy System Management" function allows local governments to register their subsidy information on the cloud, realizing centralized information management. Through the network of financial institutions and businesses nationwide that have already introduced "Subsidy Cloud," more effective information dissemination can be achieved.

Furthermore, the "Subsidy Portal Management" function can automatically organize registered subsidy information on the cloud and generate it as a list page. This can be directly published on local government websites or special sites, enabling easy-to-understand and searchable information dissemination.
