STORES Inc. (hereinafter, STORES), provider of the online shop creation service "STORES Online Shop," will begin supporting "atone," a buy now, pay later payment service offered by Net Protections, Inc., starting March 27, 2026.
With this integration, businesses using STORES Online Shop will be able to add atone as a payment method. This will cater to customers who do not own credit cards or prefer post-payment options, thereby preventing lost sales opportunities and contributing to increased revenue.

In the domestic e-commerce market, the market size for buy now, pay later (BNPL) payments is increasing year by year, estimated at approximately 1.53 trillion yen in FY2023 (up 21.5% from the previous year) and projected to expand to approximately 2.8 trillion yen by FY2028.
