SQUEEZE to Open 'SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA JINNAN' in July 2026, a Sustainable Urban Hotel in Shibuya

SQUEEZE Inc. (Headquarters: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi; Securities Code: 558A), a company promoting AX (AI Transformation) in the hotel and tourism industry, will open "SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA JINNAN," an urban hotel located a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, in July 2026, in collaboration with Realgate Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroshi Iwamoto).

This project aims to create new stay value in urban areas by combining Realgate's expertise in renovating old buildings with SQUEEZE's operational efficiency and AX-driven hotel management. Amid rising construction costs, the project pursues an efficient and sustainable hotel development model by combining the repurposing of existing stock with "building-in" development that integrates hotel functions into mixed-use facilities.

The two companies are expanding this project across multiple locations. Following "SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA HATAGAYA," which opened in January 2026, and "SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA JINNAN," they plan to open a total of four locations (approximately 50 rooms) sequentially, including "Higashi-Azabu" in August 2026 and "Tamachi" in March 2027.

About SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA JINNAN The second in the series following Shibuya Hatagaya, this hotel is a "building-in" type located within "JINNAN VALLEY," a 50-year-old building in Jinnan, Shibuya, renovated into a complex facility with shops, offices, and a hotel. By incorporating stay functions into a hub of urban functions such as work and play, it offers a stay experience that connects seamlessly with the city.

Guest rooms are spacious enough for families and groups, and all rooms are equipped with kitchens and washing machines. This caters to the needs of medium- to long-term stays for tourism and business, providing an environment where guests can bring their urban "lifestyle" as is.

The interior design, handled by "LINE-INC.", is themed around Brooklyn, New York in the 1970s and 80s, creating a space that fuses the texture unique to vintage buildings with the culture of Jinnan. The facility also features original works by street artist "Aruta Soup," adding a unique personality to the space.
