Undotsushinsha (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yusuke Wakamura) announced that it will change its company name to "Sports Bull Inc." on May 1, 2026, marking its 11th anniversary since its founding on May 1, 2015.
Concurrently, the service logo for "SPORTS BULL," the internet sports media operated by the company, will also be refreshed.

Background of the Company Name Change
The company was founded in 2015 with the vision of "communicating sports," delivering the appeal of athletes and competitions that have not yet received sufficient attention, including professional sports, student sports, amateur sports, and community-based tournaments, to society.
Currently, SPORTS BULL live streams over 17,000 matches annually. In recent years, how sports are watched has changed significantly. With the spread of various streaming services, watching sports on smartphones and the internet is no longer a special phenomenon.
On the other hand, the sports world still has areas where value is not fully realized and structural challenges exist.
That is why we are moving to the next phase.
With this rebranding, we will integrate "Undotsushinsha," which has been developed as a corporate brand, with "SPORTS BULL," which was a service name, and change the company name to "Sports Bull Inc."
The purpose of this company name change is to evolve SPORTS BULL from being merely a service name into the banner for the entire company.

The app icon has also been refreshed, evolving into a design that conveys the presence of SPORTS BULL more strongly and simply.
Moving forward, with this new logo as the core, we will provide a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, including products, content, advertising, events, and partnerships.
