About "Tokyo Big6 Baseball" The Tokyo Big6 Baseball League is a representative university baseball league in Japan, composed of six universities: Waseda, Keio, Meiji, Hosei, Tokyo, and Rikkyo. Tokyo Big6 Baseball celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. Since the first official game of the league's establishment, between Meiji University and Rikkyo University on September 20, 1925 (Taisho 14), it has built a history centered around Jingu Stadium as a stage for tradition and fierce competition. The league season is a round-robin format among the six schools, where teams play until one achieves "2 wins" in a series, and the team with 2 wins is awarded "1 point." The final standings are determined by the total number of points.
