First Classical Concert Held at 'Work Happiness Farm' in Chiba City

S-Pool Plus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Executive Officer: Oji Ohashi) held "Thanks Concert @ Wakaba" on April 3, 2026, at "Work Happiness Farm Chiba Wakaba" in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, with the cooperation of the 1 Million Classical Live Foundation. A total of 130 people participated, including employees with disabilities working at the farm, client company representatives, welfare facility personnel, and their families. The event provided a platform for sharing gratitude among colleagues, families, and those around them through live music, and served as a place for diverse stakeholders to interact. S-Pool Plus promotes initiatives that connect to a sense of purpose and richness through work, in addition to creating a safe working environment for people with disabilities. Following the positive reception of a classical concert held at Hama-rikyu Asahi Hall in January 2026, the company joined the 1 Million Classical Live Foundation's efforts to realize the concert at the farm. Classical music can be difficult for people with disabilities to access due to factors like venue accessibility, cost, and psychological barriers. To address this, the concert was held at the workplace. Two musicians were invited to perform live classical music within the farm. Participants experienced the performance up close and spent time expressing gratitude to colleagues, family, and related parties. The event also brought together employees with disabilities, client companies, families, and welfare personnel. Sharing the same space and time fostered mutual understanding and deepened relationships. This initiative aims to stimulate new interests and foster work motivation among people with disabilities, expanding their possibilities and choices. It also seeks to enhance the workplace and improve well-being as a new approach to employment support. S-Pool Plus plans to expand these initiatives to farms nationwide. Concurrently, it will promote the creation of collaborative platforms involving local communities, businesses, and welfare organizations, striving to create an environment where people with disabilities can work with peace of mind and experience purpose and richness.
