Launched on March 26, 2026, the service is a collaboration between JCB Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'JCB') and Monex Securities, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'Monex Securities'). Leveraging its expertise in credit card authentication and connection technology, SP.LINKS has contributed to realizing a safe and seamless user environment for the service.

JCB has begun collaborating with Monex Securities to allow its cardholders to purchase investment trusts via credit card. As the service is exclusive to the primary cardholder, the accuracy and precision of identity verification were critical factors in service quality. SP.LINKS provided end-to-end support, from the design and development to the implementation of the identity verification flow, utilizing its proven track record in authentication technology and payment flow construction. The initiative successfully resolved key technical challenges in system integration, such as establishing API connections with 'MyJCB' (JCB's member portal) and developing functions to match customer information with the securities firm. This enables accurate distinction between primary and family cardholders, prevents unauthorized use, and ensures seamless authentication, balancing security with convenience.
