Education Communication System "Sughool" Selected for Joint Procurement as a Parent Communication Tool by the Tokyo GIGA School Promotion Council

Background In public schools across Tokyo, different integrated school administration systems are implemented in each ward, city, and town, requiring teachers and staff to adapt to new systems whenever they are transferred. To reduce these burdens and promote work-style reform, the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education formulated the "Common Policy for Next-Generation School Administration DX Environment."

Under this policy, the Tokyo GIGA School Promotion Council is promoting the joint procurement of school administration support systems and peripheral tools. For this joint procurement, a rigorous review process was conducted following the publication of a Request for Information (RFI) in August 2025 and the implementation of bidding in January 2026.
