Limited edition items for both complete bikes and Roval products are not eligible.

Stems and seatposts are not eligible.

Upgrades to items that cannot be installed on the purchased complete bike are not eligible.

If you choose Ship to Home from the online store, only wheels are eligible for the upgrade. After purchasing an eligible product, you will receive an email with a form to select your desired wheels. We will then issue a coupon for you to purchase the wheels at a discounted price on the online store. Please note that the wheels will be shipped separately and cannot be installed on your bike at the time of shipping.

If you choose Click & Collect (store pickup) from the online store, you can apply for the upgrade at the benefit price separately at the bike pickup store. Depending on when you consult with the store, the delivery date may change, and labor costs may be higher than usual. Therefore, please consult with the pickup store as soon as possible regarding applications, installation costs, and compatibility.
