(headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kota Yoshizawa; hereinafter “Quontier”), a comprehensive consulting firm.

Background and Purpose of the Partnership

SR possesses an engineering team specialized in the space domain and a proprietary technological foundation centered on flight analysis and flight safety analysis—core technologies for space transportation. For further business expansion, in addition to technical capabilities, establishing dedicated systems for business strategy and sales, along with organizational infrastructure, has become a critical challenge.

Quontier excels in implementation capability, delivering seamless execution from strategic conception to realization and stabilization, and in business development as an operating company that creates new ventures and cultivates CxOs (executive talent). A key strength is its ability to apply knowledge in DX and business process reform, cultivated in manufacturing, automotive, and heavy industries, to the space industry by treating it as “another heavy industry.”
