(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kota Yoshizawa, hereinafter "Quontier"), a comprehensive consulting firm.

Background and Objectives of the Alliance

SR possesses an engineering team specialized in the space domain and a unique technological foundation that handles core space transportation technologies such as flight analysis and flight safety analysis. For further business expansion, in addition to technological capabilities, establishing dedicated systems for business strategy and sales, as well as developing an organizational foundation, have become critical issues.

Quontier's strengths lie in its implementation capabilities that achieve seamless execution from strategic conceptualization to implementation and establishment, and its business development capabilities as a business enterprise that creates businesses and cultivates CxOs (management talent). Notably, its strength is in bringing the knowledge of DX and business process reform cultivated in manufacturing, automotive, and heavy industries to the space industry as "one heavy industry."

Changes in Management Structure

With this alliance, Kota Yoshizawa, Representative Director of Quontier, will assume the position of Director at SR, responsible for business strategy, sales strategy, and business development. Together with Koki Terasawa, Representative Director overseeing technological development, the management structure will be strengthened.
