The Company currently offers two products, "Sotas Chemical Investigation" and "Sotas Database," working to improve the efficiency and reliability of information distribution in the chemical industry. Since our founding, Sotas' mission has been beyond merely improving operational efficiency or providing tools; it is to eliminate the fragmentation of chemical information and build an information distribution infrastructure for the entire manufacturing industry and supply chain.
While chemical substance information is essential for product safety, sustainability, and global transactions, operations such as regulatory compliance, legal judgments, and SDS management have become increasingly complex year by year, placing a heavy burden on many companies.
To address these challenges, we have been working to create an environment where highly reliable information can be efficiently distributed among companies through mechanisms utilizing chemical substance databases and SDS analysis.
I believe this award is the fruition of the efforts of our customers, partner companies, and Sotas members who have supported us thus far, and it is a recognition of the value creation sought by the entire industry.

Future Prospects for Building a Chemical Information Infrastructure
Greatly encouraged by this award, the Company will further accelerate the construction of social infrastructure that serves as the distribution platform for chemical information.
Through the recent fundraising, we are advancing the strengthening of our product development system, expansion of human resources recruitment, and sophistication of data preparation, earnestly working on creating an information infrastructure that supports the entire supply chain of the manufacturing industry.
In addition, we are participating in the data linkage system construction and demonstration project for the realization of the Ouranos Ecosystem, a project by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). Through collaboration with CMP (Chemical Material Information Traceability Management Platform), we will improve the reliability and distribution efficiency of information on chemical substances contained in products, and support the sophistication of information linkage across the entire industry.
In the future, we will strengthen standardization activities and collaboration with external platforms, and evolve into a global information distribution infrastructure that also responds to domestic and international regulatory trends, contributing to the realization of a sustainable industrial structure.
