"Japan Service Innovation 2025" publishes leading examples of service innovation aimed at improving the productivity of the service industry. From a diverse range of service cases gathered through activities such as the Japan Service Awards and the Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey conducted by the council, 91 outstanding cases have been selected for their contributions to improving customer satisfaction and efficiency, as well as solving social issues through business operations.

SORACOM is an AI/IoT platform that provides, in a one-stop manner, the connectivity required to "connect" everything to the internet and AI, along with the services necessary for the development, operation, and data utilization of IoT systems.
