Saitama Prefecture Mascots "Kobaton" and "Saitamatch"
Sogo Ohmiya will hold the "Saitama Prefecture Environment Fair," an experiential event where participants can learn about the environment in a fun way, in collaboration with Saitama Prefecture, companies, and educational institutions. With the theme of "What we can do now for the future," we will provide opportunities to deepen understanding of resource circulation, manufacturing, and environmental conservation through workshops and exhibitions that families can participate in.
During the event period, we will conduct workshops where participants can learn about the environment while feeling close to it, such as making original spinning tops and kaleidoscopes using waste materials, and experiencing the recycling process of writing instruments and refilling fluorescent pens.
We aim to provide a place for learning during the summer vacation period and create opportunities to deepen connections with the community.
