Starting from May 19th (Tue), we will hold a 'Nationwide Instant Noodle Festival' where you can choose your favorite instant noodles and have them cooked on-site. Choose your favorite from about 150 types of instant noodles from across Japan, decide on your toppings, and staff from 'Yunodai Shokudo' in Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, will finish your ramen on the spot.

The staff cooking the instant noodles you chose is 'Yunodai Shokudo' from Akita Prefecture. It is a popular ramen specialty shop located in Kisakata-machi, Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Chokai. You can choose from 4 types of toppings.

You can enjoy the original toppings of 'Yunodai Shokudo'.

'Yunodai Shokudo' is a popular shop with queues, serving a rich soup made from local ingredients combined with crisp raw soy sauce and homemade hand-kneaded noodles.

Of course, you can also enjoy the popular tastes of 'Yunodai Shokudo'.

There is always a queue at the shop at the foot of Mount Chokai.
