This year's Golden Week continues to see rising prices and soaring gasoline costs, similar to last year, making 'where to spend' and 'how to enjoy' key points in choosing leisure activities.

In response to these needs, Sogo Yokohama Store will launch its rooftop beer garden, 'Sogo Yokohama Rooftop Beer Garden Taiyo no Hiroba BBQ GARDEN,' from Friday, May 1st. This beer garden can be enjoyed casually by families, friends, colleagues, as well as individuals looking for a 'quick drink.'

Located in an easily accessible rooftop space close to Yokohama Station East Exit, this marks the first time in three years that the beer garden will open during the Golden Week period. With 'easy local leisure' gaining attention this year, we have increased the number of plans and prepared more advantageous offers than last year. We welcome everyone with a menu that allows you to enjoy BBQ while feeling the pleasant sea breeze.

Enhanced BBQ x Seafood x Side Dishes

The main offering is an authentic BBQ style where you can fully enjoy popular meats such as beef, pork, and sausages. We also feature a lineup of seafood dishes, including skewered black tiger prawns, abalone, and Hokkaido scallops, which can be enjoyed by all generations. Furthermore, this year, we have introduced all-you-can-eat 'edamame' and 'french fries' in all plans, making the content even more satisfying.

For birthday celebrations, you can bring cakes purchased from Sogo Yokohama's department store basement.
