Tokosei 40th Festival 'Showa-Reiwa Tokorozawa'

The shopping center building 'Waltz' and its key tenant 'Seibu Tokorozawa,' which opened in 1986 as part of the Tokorozawa Station West Exit Urban Redevelopment Project, will celebrate their 40th anniversary on Saturday, April 25, 2026, thanks to the patronage of local customers.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary, Seibu Tokorozawa S.C. will hold the 'Tokosei 40th Festival: Showa-Reiwa Tokorozawa.' In addition to anniversary events, special projects, and limited-edition product sales on each floor, a festival event filled with 40 years of gratitude will be held on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26. Collaborative projects with 'Seibuen Yuenchi,' such as the 'Shoutengai Band' and 'Sunset Alley,' will also appear, adding color to the special birthday celebration.
