This service is an optimization of our AI-driven data integration platform "Safe AI Insights" for kintone. By simply inputting instructions such as "Separate prefecture from address" or "Unify variations in notation," the AI automatically constructs the entire process from data acquisition and formatting to linkage. It eliminates the need for programming or learning complex configuration rules, reducing daily manual tasks like manual input and sorting of CSV and PDF files.

While kintone facilitates on-site driven business improvements, as its utilization expands, the number of applications tends to increase, leading to more manual work in data import, formatting, and transcription. Data linkage tailored to on-site operations can be initiated in a short period without specialized knowledge such as programming.

2. Supports Input and Output of Diverse Data

Not only can it import diverse data such as kintone apps, CSV, Excel, PDF, image data, and databases, but it also allows registration to other kintone apps and file output. This service centrally realizes data linkage in various directions, such as between kintone and external data, or between kintone apps. In the initial release, data linkage is performed by uploading files from the service's management screen. Future plans include support for automatic file acquisition and periodic linkage.

3. Prevents Siloed Operations Through Configuration

Manual procedures by individual staff members can be saved and shared as linkage configurations. This prevents operations from becoming siloed, allowing anyone to reproduce data linkage with the same quality even if the responsible person changes.

The AI automatically extracts necessary information (company name, date, amount, etc.) from images and PDFs such as receipts photographed with a smartphone or invoices received via email or file. It automates registration to kintone and data organization according to usage, reducing the burden of manual input and confirmation.

Data dispersed across multiple files, such as sales opportunities, estimates, and orders, is automatically consolidated and organized. Daily or weekly summary reports are output to applications, reducing the effort of reporting tasks.

The AI automatically formats and registers order forms in PDF format received from business partners into kintone. It also prevents manual transcription errors and duplicate input by linking inquiry management app content to correspondence history apps based on conditions.
