Teshio Yume Farm operates a Type A continuous employment support facility and is engaged in employment support in the agricultural sector. In addition, our company also hires individuals with disabilities as employees who support users (hereinafter referred to as "support employees"). This certification recognized our efforts in employment, human resource development, retention, and the creation of a comfortable working environment for support employees. ● Promotion of employment for persons with disabilities and realization of a stable employment environment

The retention rate for support employees with disabilities hired in the past three years has been maintained at a high level, exceeding 90% at six months after hiring and over 80% at one year after hiring. Furthermore, the actual employment rate is more than three times the statutory employment rate, achieving both active employment and a stable working environment.

● Enhancement of the human resource development system

To achieve support tailored to each individual user, support employees continuously participate in specialized training and seminars on the employment of persons with disabilities, and strive to improve their expertise and support capabilities through in-house training and knowledge sharing. We also focus on promoting understanding of disability characteristics and internal awareness campaigns, thereby strengthening the overall organizational response capabilities and promoting the creation of a comfortable working environment.
