The Kinki Headquarters of the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SMRJ), is recruiting tenants for the incubation facility 'Kobe Health Industry Development Center (HI-DEC),' which is established and operated based on the Act on Strengthening SME Management.

2. Location 6-7-4 Minatojima-minamicho, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Access: 2-minute walk from 'Medical Center' station on the Kobe New Transit (Port Liner), directly connected via a walkway.
3. Application Period May 7 (Thursday) to May 18 (Monday), 2026. In the case of mailing the facility lease application form, it must arrive by May 18 (Monday). If no move-in is decided during the above period, applications will be accepted at any time.
4. Publicly Offered Rooms Total of 10 rooms currently available. - Rent includes 10% consumption tax. - The maximum contract period is 5 years. - The security deposit is 3 months' rent (excluding tax). - Rent subsidy programs from Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe City are available. If applied, a subsidy of 1,500 yen/sqm per month (up to 6 million yen over 3 years) is provided for the first 3 years after moving in.
5. Move-in Timing Move-in is possible from August 1, 2026, after the conclusion of the periodic building lease agreement.
