Call for Tenants for Creation Core Kyoto Omichiyana

The Kinki Regional Headquarters of SMRJ (Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation) is now accepting applications for tenants at "Creation Core Kyoto Omichiyana," an incubation facility developed and operated based on the Act on Strengthening Management of Small and Medium Enterprises.

448-5 Kajii-cho, Kawaramachi-dori Imadegawa-sagaru, Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture

(Approx. 5 minutes walk from Keihan Demachiyanagi Station)

3. Application Period

From Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to Tuesday, April 21, 2026, until 5:00 PM

For facility lease applications mailed, must arrive by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

If tenancy is not decided through applications received during the above period, rolling applications will be accepted.

4. Available Rooms for Public Offering

● Total of 7 rooms newly offered to the public

• Rent includes 10% consumption tax. It will fluctuate if the tax rate changes.

• Upon move-in, a security deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent (excluding tax), rent for the month in which the usage start date falls, and rent for the following month will be required.

• A fixed-term building lease agreement will be concluded.

• Separately, there is a rent subsidy system by Kyoto City. (※1)

※1 If the Kyoto City Rent Subsidy System is applied, the subsidy will be disbursed after the completion of the project each fiscal year. The application of subsidy categories, disbursement period, subsidy amount, etc., will be determined based on the 'Kyoto City New Business Creation Type Project Facility Utilization Promotion Subsidy Grant Guidelines'.

※2 "Expert Committee A-rank certification" and "Oscar certification" are systems of Kyoto City that certify excellent companies.

5. Facility Usage Start Date

Move-in is possible from July 2026 onwards, after the conclusion of the fixed-term building lease agreement.
