SmartCodes Launches Corporate Generative AI Education Program to Address Talent Shortage

SmartCodes (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Satoshi Okada; hereinafter 'SmartCodes') provides an e-learning program for companies to improve AI literacy and operational efficiency. We are pleased to announce the launch of a new 'AI Hands-on Training Support' program starting in April 2026, tailored to real-world business challenges. This service is designed from three perspectives—business, engineering, and company-wide—allowing participants to systematically acquire practical generative AI skills. [Background] While the use of generative AI in companies is spreading rapidly, a shortage of talent and skills remains a major challenge. According to a survey by Nomura Research Institute, about 70% of companies cite 'lack of AI literacy or skills' as a challenge. [Program Features] SmartCodes offers four specialized e-learning courses. The program starts with 'AI Literacy Education,' followed by online learning and practical hands-on training. Key courses include: AI Tool Mastery (for business), AI Utilization for Programmers (for engineers), MCP Utilization, and Gemini Workstyle. [Hands-on Training] Starting April 2026, we will provide support for actual business tasks, AI tool implementation, guideline formulation, and internal AI promotion structure building. This program may be eligible for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's 'Human Resources Development Support Grant.'
