Background of the Update Since its service launch in July 2025, "Smart My Coach" has received significant feedback from many companies and has supported the growth of diverse organizations. Overview of the Update In this update, to improve the convenience of management functions, we first established a new "Participant List Page." This makes it possible to grasp the session progress of all participants at a glance. Furthermore, by adding a page summarizing the details for each participant, it has become easier to check the status according to individual phases.

The main focus of this update was to strengthen operational support by visualizing coaching effects. In "Smart My Coach," participants delve deeply into their "individual themes" over several months of sessions, based on a "major theme" presented by the administrator. At that time, there was a structural challenge where it was difficult for the organization to see concrete progress. As a result, the difficulty in grasping concrete changes until the entire period ended became an obstacle to continuous operation for introducing companies.

To resolve these issues, this update has created a mechanism to uniquely chart the progress against the "major theme" presented by the administrator, allowing real-time tracking of insights and changes in each session. This enables the confirmation of the goal achievement process during the participation period and strategic system operation while cycling through PDCA. Additionally, the UI for the 360-degree evaluation response data, which was previously provided, has been improved for more intuitive understanding.

With this update, "Smart My Coach" will return coaching changes to organizations as qualitative and quantitative data. This will strongly support companies' efforts toward sustainable organizational growth and maximizing employee performance.
