“Revival”

First-Generation Wafu Sarada Udon

Originally launched in 1992 as the 'Wafu Oshokuji Salad,' this menu item allowed customers to enjoy a salad while also feeling satisfied as a full meal. It has now been revived. The broth is based on katsuobushi and kombu, enhanced with several types of dashi, and topped with premium tuna (known for its rich fat flavor), katsuobushi flakes, shredded nori, and seven types of fresh vegetables. This is Gusto's traditional Sarada Udon, packed with depth and savory umami.

Initially launched with a decanter-style unlimited hot drink service featuring coffee and hot water (for tea bags of black tea and green tea). This menu reflects our desire for customers to relax and enjoy their time at ease.
