This new sensation of chilled dessert is shaped like a cake, unlike the traditional piled-high shaved ice. Each one is carefully shaved to order and served as a freshly made, fluffy and crumbly ice.

Fluffy shaved pure ice is combined with condensed milk cream and sweet and sour berries. Inside, you'll find a refreshing taste of mango, pineapple, and other fruits. This new type of dessert ice offers a layered experience like a shortcake, along with a gorgeous appearance.
