[First Japanese Food Service Company] Selected for the "Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index" for the First Time

Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. has been selected for the "Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index" (DJBIC World), a global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investment benchmark, marking the first time for a Japanese food service company.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that we have been selected for the "Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index" (DJBIC Asia Pacific) for the second consecutive year.

DJBIC is a sustainability stock index by S&P Dow Jones Indices in the United States, which evaluates and selects companies with excellent sustainability performance from three aspects: governance, environment, and society, among the world's leading companies.

The "World Index" targets the top 2,500 companies by market capitalization worldwide for evaluation, selecting top companies in each industry group annually. In fiscal year 2025, 317 companies globally (including 35 Japanese companies, among which our company is included) were selected, and in the restaurant and leisure sector, 3 companies globally (among which our company is the only Japanese company) were selected.
