(HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomokazu Hasegawa), operator of the battle-royale style Texas Hold'em game 'Poker Chase,' and Sammy Corporation (HQ: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Ayumu Hoshino), operator of 'm HOLD'EM,' have announced the co-hosting of the offline event 'JUOUSEN 2026 Spring' on Saturday, June 27, 2026. This event is the first-ever title match in the poker game industry, themed around the difference in playstyles between the vertically-oriented 'm HOLD'EM' and horizontally-oriented 'Poker Chase.' Representative users from each title will gather at the venue for a team-based competition.

### How to Participate There are two slots available for the offline finals: Part 1 and Part 2. Details regarding participation will be announced sequentially via the official X (formerly Twitter) accounts of 'Poker Chase' and 'm HOLD'EM.' *Note: Children of elementary school age and younger are not eligible. Those under 16 cannot participate in Part 2.

### About the Offline Finals The finals will take place at m HOLD'EM Meguro on June 27, 2026. Matches will be conducted in a Sit & Go format across 8 tables. The winning title team will be determined by the total points earned based on player rankings.
