The ice show 'Fantasy on Ice,' which has a history of over 10 years in Japan. At the show to be held at Makuhari Messe on May 30-31, 2026, SIROCO, a leading Japanese flamenco dancer who achieved the feat of being the first Japanese male dancer to win an international competition held in Ronda, Spain in 2017, will perform with Tomoko Miyahara, a top Japanese skater and former Pyeongchang Olympic representative, in a flamenco work 'Homenaje a Poeta〜Homage to the Poet,' inspired by the famous flamenco piece 'Poeta,' on ice. The work was completed by stirring the hearts of top players in the Japanese flamenco world, driven by Tomoko Miyahara's long-held passion for flamenco. SIROCO will be the first Japanese flamenco dancer to co-star with a figure skater on ice. The show will also feature top domestic flamenco musicians, including flamenco guitarist Kentaro Tokunaga, presenting a miraculous moment where a new expression (art) is born from the fusion of flamenco and skating, performed by a total of 8 musicians playing live.
