This project is participated in by the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation (Head Office: Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City; Director General: Satoshi Uzawa, hereinafter referred to as Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation) and UR Linkage Co., Ltd. Overview

Shinenergy Mobility PLUS operates the share cycle service "Daichari" using the share cycle platform "HELLO CYCLING," primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba prefectures, and Osaka Prefecture. It is one of Japan's largest share cycle operators, managing and deploying over 3,200 stations, which are rental and return points for bicycles, and over 16,700 bicycles. (As of the end of March 2026).

Since the service began in 2017, we have provided share cycle services as a last-mile transportation option through partnerships with various businesses, and have been used over 54 million times cumulatively.

"Promerise Aobadai" was created through the redevelopment project of the former Sakuradai Housing Complex as one of Yokohama City's largest redevelopmentマンション projects. The concept for the new town is "Reborn With Love." It embodies the desire to inherit the over half-century history and affection of "Sakuradai Housing Complex" and weave new stories while cherishing the connection with the town. This time, "Daichari" share cycle has been introduced as a third transportation infrastructure to complement travel by public transportation, utilizing a portion of the premises.

The location of this station is within the premises of the condominium, about a 10-minute walk from the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line "Aobadai" Station. With over 20 stations already existing in the vicinity of Aobadai Station, this will improve the convenience and mobility of local residents.

Shinenergy Mobility PLUS will continue to develop an environment where share cycle users can enjoy "Daichari" more fun and comfortably. Through the deployment of share cycles, an environmentally friendly transportation infrastructure, we will contribute to SDGs Goal 11 "Sustainable Cities and Communities," Goal 13 "Climate Action," and Goal 17 "Partnerships for the Goals."
