Sinanen Holdings to Supply Virtually 100% Renewable Energy to Yushiro's Nagoya Branch and Hamamatsu Sales Office from April 2026, Following Kanagawa Technical Center – Aiming to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions by Approximately 448 Tons Annually

Sinanen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigehiro Nakagawa), a subsidiary of Sinanen Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President Executive Officer: Taro Nakagomi), which operates energy, maintenance, and mobility businesses, will begin supplying electricity with a virtually 100% renewable energy ratio to Yushiro Co., Ltd.'s (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Masanori Arisaka) Nagoya Branch and Hamamatsu Sales Office from April 2026.

■ About the Provision of Electricity with a Virtually 100% Renewable Energy Ratio Menu

Yushiro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Yushiro) has been operating as a manufacturer of metalworking fluids and building maintenance products since its establishment in 1944. Based on the Yushiro Group's sustainability basic policy, the company is promoting various initiatives to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

This time, Yushiro will newly introduce electricity with a virtually 100% renewable energy ratio menu at its Nagoya Branch and Hamamatsu Sales Office, following the supply of 100% renewable energy-derived electricity by Sinanen at the Kanagawa Technical Center last year. This is aimed at further reducing greenhouse gas emissions and strengthening environmental conservation activities.

With this introduction, the annual reduction effect of greenhouse gas emissions, including non-fossil certificates, is expected to reach approximately 448 tons for Yushiro as a whole.

Yushiro will continue to work on reducing greenhouse gas and CO₂ emissions and environmental conservation activities toward the realization of a sustainable society. Sinanen will continue to support these initiatives through electricity supply.

■ Contributing to Further Decarbonization with the "Sinanen Akari no Mori Project"

Sinanen is developing the "Sinanen Akari no Mori Project" to protect the richness of the oceans and forests by utilizing clean energy for a sustainable future, and is actively engaged in nature nurturing activities in cooperation with various organizations. In addition to reducing CO₂ emissions, we aim to achieve carbon negativity through environmental conservation activities. Yushiro Co., Ltd. has participated in this project since 2025, and with the addition of these two locations (Nagoya Branch and Hamamatsu Sales Office), it will further strengthen its participation in the "Sinanen Akari no Mori Project." Sinanen will continue to contribute to reducing customers' greenhouse gas and CO₂ emissions by strengthening the development and expanding the introduction of renewable energy to reduce the environmental burden on society.
