(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Watanabe) will release the multi-purpose astrograph 'FRA400C Optical Tube' and 'Reducer for FRA400C' from Jiaxing Ruixing Optical Instrument's astronomical telescope brand Askar, capable of performing three roles: astronomical photography, everyday photography, and visual observation, on March 27, 2026.

Product Features 72mm Aperture, 5-Element 5-Group Dual ED Air-Spaced Apochromat ・The FRA400C inherits the optical system of the popular "FRA400" while enabling focus operation via a helicoid and aperture blade control, similar to a camera lens, making it an easy-to-handle telescope for beginners.

・This easy-to-manage optical tube features a 72mm aperture and 400mm focal length (f/5.6 focal ratio), incorporating a 5-element 5-group lens design. Its unique design, with two ED lenses (special low-dispersion glass) arranged in an air-spaced configuration, achieves sharp star images with highly corrected chromatic aberration, coma, and astigmatism.

・It can be used not only for astronomical photography but also for everyday photography of subjects like wild birds and landscapes. It also supports visual observation by attaching an eyepiece, making it a versatile tool for multiple purposes.
