The original "Ranma 1/2" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" from 1987 to 1996 and remains a beloved masterpiece to this day.

The story begins when father Genma Saotome and his son Ranma, returning from training in China, arrive at the Tendo dojo. However, what appears before them is a giant panda and a cute girl!?

As a result of his training, Ranma acquired a strange constitution: he turns into a girl when splashed with cold water and back into a boy with hot water.

It is a timeless, invincible martial arts romantic comedy where Ranma and a cast of unique characters get entangled in situations filled with laughter, tears, and sometimes, a bit of romance.

The broadcast of the completely new TV anime "Ranma 1/2" started in October 2024. It became a huge topic of conversation, partly due to the return of the original cast, generating excitement that continues to this day.

Along with this announcement, a teaser visual for Season 3 has been revealed! The visual depicts Ranma and Ryoga facing off. Their gazes are intense, and Ryoga's fingers are in a distinctive pose, hinting at the 'Bakusai Tenketsu' (Breaking Point) special move from the series.

Furthermore, the first promotional video for Season 3 has also been released! The PV starts with a memorable scene where Cologne proposes to team up with Ryoga, who is punching a wall. The video reveals that Season 3 will cover the arc related to the terrifying secret technique 'Bakusai Tenketsu,' and is packed with action sequences. The footage is even more battle-focused than the PVs for the first two seasons, building high expectations for Season 3.

The PV also announced the production staff for the third season. Continuing from the first two seasons, Kōnosuke Uda will serve as director, with MAPPA handling the animation production.
