New Balance Launches "New Balance Challenge Entry" Major Campaign to Support Female Runners in "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027"

New Balance Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Shinichi Kubota) will continue to support runners and the event as an official partner for the "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027," "Nagoya Women's Wheelchair Marathon 2027," and "Nagoya City Marathon 2027," to be held on Sunday, March 14, 2027, at Vantelin Dome Nagoya (Nagoya Dome).

In conjunction with this, we will implement various attractive content for runners ahead of general registration.

We will launch the "New Balance Challenge Entry Campaign," where the first 2,200 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis can win a priority entry slot for the "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027" (*), a special experience program participation right, and a special coupon (worth 1,000 yen) usable from February 2027 at the New Balance official online store and the New Balance booth at the Marathon EXPO. Additionally, we will launch "NB GO WOMEN," a running club for female members participating in the "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027," aiming to complete the full marathon and achieve personal bests.

(*) When using the priority entry slot granted through this campaign, a 1,000 yen discount will be applied to the general entry fee of 19,000 yen (tax included).

(*) Only the entry slot is granted; the race participation fee of 18,000 yen (tax included) is the responsibility of the participant.

New Balance aims to energize runners and the event not only on race day but also through such campaigns and programs, further contributing to the promotion of running culture.

Phase 1: New Balance Challenge Entry Campaign

"Challenge the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027 with your favorite items!"

In the first phase of the campaign, we will present priority entry slots for the "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027" to 1,700 customers on a first-come, first-served basis who purchase a total of 10,000 yen or more (tax included), including New Balance running products, at the New Balance official online store and eligible stores, including some official stores, during the campaign period. Furthermore, special experience program participation rights and special coupons will be available exclusively for those who obtain a priority entry slot.

Additionally, a second campaign, "Challenge the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027 with the latest running items!" is scheduled to start after August 6 (Thu).

(*) About the "Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027" Challenge Entry Priority Slot

This is the right to enter the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027 ahead of general registration.

When using the priority entry slot granted through this campaign, a 1,000 yen discount will be applied to the general entry fee of 19,000 yen (tax included). The race participation fee of 18,000 yen (tax included) will be borne by the customer separately. Please note that the entry slot will be confirmed upon completion of entry and payment of the participation fee within the specified period.

[About the Special Experience Program]

This is a training program consisting of lectures and running sessions to support female runners challenging the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2027, exclusively for those who have obtained a priority entry slot. Experienced coach Ayako Nishitani will provide support as a special coach for runners aiming to challenge their records or complete the race without injury.

Details will be sent via email from the secretariat to those who have obtained a priority entry slot around September 2026.

Training Session Details

First Session: November 14, 2026 (Sat)

Lecture on diet, sleep, and body warming, and running (approx. 3km) with the theme "Towards completing the full marathon."

(*) A conference room in Nagoya city is planned as the venue.

Second Session: February 27, 2027 (Sat)

Lecture on how to prepare from just before to the day of the race, and running (approx. 3km) with the theme "Conquering the Nagoya Women's Marathon."
