Born August 18, 1969, in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture. Representative of CREDEUS / Film producer. After graduating from Waseda University's Faculty of Law, he joined WOWOW in 1994. Later became independent in 2005. His first produced work was 'Battle Royale', and since then he has been involved in many films as a producer, including 'Gintama', 'Kingdom', 'The Silent Fleet', 'Golden Kamuy', 'National Treasure', 'SAKAMOTO DAYS', and 'Blue Lock'. In 2026, the cumulative box office of his produced works exceeded 100 billion yen. He has received the Fujimoto Award, given to outstanding film producers, three times for 'Gintama', 'Kingdom', and 'National Treasure'.
