(Headquarters: Edogawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Mitsushige Yamanaka), 'Higezo's Wonder LAB' and 'Higezo's Mogumogu CAFE,' opened in the 'Edogawa Ward Sogo Recreation Park' in April 2026.

Both shops aim not only to be places of relaxation for visitors to the Sogo Recreation Park but also to be open spaces where people who have difficulty connecting with society or finding employment can safely engage in activities within the community, utilizing the medical and welfare expertise our clinic has cultivated.

## Background of the Store Openings
Both shops are cafe/leisure facilities where anyone can casually drop by, located within the Sogo Recreation Park—a space rich in water and nature even within Edogawa Ward, where visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers and a relaxing atmosphere. Each shop offers food menus, cafe menus, and amusement plans so that they can be used in a wide range of situations, from taking a break after playing in the park to a change of pace in daily life.

Furthermore, these are not just 'fun and delicious' shops. Supervised by our clinic, which has developed medical, nursing, and disability welfare businesses in Edogawa Ward, they aim to be welfare-oriented shops that serve as a place of belonging for those struggling to connect with society, leading to activity and employment opportunities for those facing difficulties working.

In recent years, as the increase in truancy and social withdrawal becomes a societal issue, the importance of having places where people can engage in activities through 'fun' and 'experiences,' rather than just traditional welfare support, is growing. The Shirohige Family engages in various activities to provide emotional support, such as creating nostalgic and comforting spaces where people can connect, operating retro cafes where people with disabilities can work safely, and planning events that promote communication opportunities for children. Through these activities, we have realized that rather than having people struggling with life or work gather only amongst themselves, spending everyday life little by little in a facility where anyone in the community can casually drop by becomes a step toward connecting with society. The two newly opened shops will engage in activities such as providing consultation support, exchange events, and employment opportunities, serving as a place where these individuals can 'just be there. But when they want to take a step forward, the people around them will be there to support them.'

We opened two shops with different characteristics: 'Higezo's Wonder LAB' in Fuji Park of the Sogo Recreation Park, and 'Higezo's Mogumogu CAFE' in the Flower Garden. The stores will be operated in collaboration with welfare facilities related to the Shirohige Family.
