Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Nagoya, Aichi; President and CEO: Tetsuya Tani; Chairman of Kyodo Public Relations) will release the book "Reverse AI Strategy for Leaders - Nurturing People, Changing Organizational Culture, Creating Business" on March 30th, published by Senden Kaigi. This book systematizes the results and practical know-how of the "AI Driven Declaration" promoted by the company.

This book is the first installment of Shinto Tsushin's commemorative publication project, celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2027.

■Results of "AI Driven Declaration" in Six Months

Shinto Tsushin announced its "AI Driven Declaration" on September 1, 2025, making it the first advertising company to do so, with President Tetsuya Tani personally presenting the initiative to implement generative AI as the organization's "OS" company-wide.

・Visualization of all employees' AI utilization levels based on a proprietary 1-10 scale.

・The ratio of employees at Level 4 (Intermediate AI user: able to utilize general AI in their work) or higher reached 60%.

・The ratio of employees at Level 6 (Upper-Intermediate AI user: able to design work automation independently) or higher reached 6%.

・The President personally designed the curriculum and served as an instructor for company-wide training.

・Kyodo Public Relations officially adopted the AI agent "Iris" as its Chairman's secretary. Iris was designed and developed under the leadership of Tani himself.
