This exhibition will feature a lineup centered on various device products such as low-voltage MOSFETs, SiC, TVS, and driver ICs, with a configuration that allows visitors to intuitively understand the features and application areas of each product. Furthermore, we will also introduce electrical products such as DC/DC converters and e-Fuses that utilize in-house developed devices, proposing integrated technological capabilities from devices to products. In addition, we will broadly introduce our advanced initiatives, including wireless power transfer and robotics-related technologies.

KEY FIGURES
1. Comparative Demonstration of Semiconductor Relays and Mechanical Relays We will demonstrate the characteristics of semiconductor relays compatible with bidirectional conduction and conventional mechanical relays, such as high-speed response, low loss, and miniaturization, through size comparisons and operational waveform demonstrations. 2. GEN3 DC/DC Converter Actual Product Exhibit We will exhibit the GEN3 DC/DC converter, which has been improved based on the model exhibited at the Japan Mobility Show. Design innovations for miniaturization and cost reduction will be introduced through actual products. 3. 48V e-Fuse (Electronic Fuse) Module (PoC Exhibit) We will exhibit a PoC model of an electronic fuse aiming for non-replacement by incorporating MOSFETs. Multifunctionality using in-house semiconductors, such as overcurrent and overvoltage protection, can be confirmed at the implementation level. 4. Wireless Charging (Curved Coil) Demo Exhibit We will demonstrate wireless power transfer technology using free-form (curved) coils, assuming use in small mobility. We propose the possibility of improving design freedom. 5.
