Notice Regarding the Merger of Mello Works Co., Ltd. and Shin Corporation

Shin Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Noru Kawaguchi; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it will merge with its group company, Mello Works Co., Ltd., effective April 1, 2026.

Through this merger, the 62 stores of the "Waku Waku Group" will join the 399 "Karaoke BanBan" stores, bringing the total number of karaoke locations operated by the Company to 461 nationwide. This will enable the Company to provide services to a diverse range of customers across an even wider geographic area.

Following the merger, each brand will continue to operate under its existing trade names, leveraging their respective characteristics and strengths. Meanwhile, we will begin implementing specific initiatives starting April 1, effectively combining the management resources both companies have cultivated, including store operation expertise, product and service development, human resource training, and systems.

Moving forward, we will launch joint campaigns and initiatives across all "Waku Waku Group" stores, including Karaoke BanBan and Karaoke ALL. By integrating the nationwide service standards of Karaoke BanBan with the community-focused strengths of the Waku Waku Group, we are committed to continuously improving the store experience and service quality to ensure our customers want to return.
