Shift Plus develops various applications to promote digital transformation (DX) in local governments, including "LedgHOME," a management tool for hometown tax donations. eRex, a transcription service for local governments that supports LGWAN and achieves high recognition accuracy, has been highlighted as a case study regarding the provision of a transcription platform utilizing the AmiVoice API.

What is eRex?

eRex is an AI-powered transcription tool exclusively for LGWAN.

It is a cloud-based AI transcription solution that automatically converts audio data from council minutes, internal meetings, and other sources into text, eliminating the massive amount of time previously spent repeatedly listening to recordings to create text data. It can be linked with the local government AI "zevo," allowing users to generate summaries of the transcribed results using generative AI. Using these tools together is expected to provide synergistic operational improvements.

What is local government AI "zevo"?

zevo allows users to switch between multiple LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini within an LGWAN (α, β, β' model) environment. It can also be connected via the internet, making it suitable for any usage scenario. Furthermore, it is equipped with a wealth of features, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), image generation, voice recognition, and sentiment analysis for surveys.
