We are pleased to announce that our "LGWAN-exclusive voice recognition AI transcription tool eRex," which we develop and operate, has been featured as an implementation case study on the AmiVoice Cloud Platform site.
While we develop and deploy various applications that promote DX for local governments, such as LedgHOME, our Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) management tool, our eRex, a municipal transcription service that achieves LGWAN compatibility and high recognition accuracy, has now been introduced as an implementation case study for the transcription platform utilizing the AmiVoice API.

What is eRex?
eRex is an LGWAN-exclusive voice recognition AI transcription tool.
It is a cloud-based voice recognition AI transcription solution that automatically converts audio data from council meetings, internal meetings, etc., into text using AI, improving the vast amount of time previously spent repeatedly listening to recordings to create text data. It can be linked with the municipal AI zevo, enabling the creation of summaries using generative AI from the transcribed results. Simultaneous use is expected to create synergistic improvements in business operations.

What is Municipal AI zevo?
It allows switching between multiple LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini on LGWAN (α・β・β' models) and can also connect from the internet, making it usable in any scenario. Furthermore, it is equipped with rich features such as RAG functionality, image generation, voice recognition, and sentiment analysis for surveys.
