Traditional student dormitories had limited eligibility and uses, making occupancy rates unstable if recruitment periods were missed, and offering limited exit strategy options from an asset management perspective. In recent years, the functions required of housing have diversified due to changes in students' learning styles and the establishment of remote work for professionals.

'SHARE HOUSE 180° Ichijoji' maximizes the use of the existing building structure while integrating shared facilities that support learning, work, interaction, and health promotion. It has been reconfigured from a women-only, student-only facility to a next-generation co-living space where students, professionals, and foreign residents coexist.

The living-dining area near the entrance has a warm, cafe-like design. Residents can choose from window-side tables, sofa seating, and counter seating to suit their mood, and spend time comfortably alone or with others.

We offer a simple plan with shared water facilities and an independent plan with a private kitchen and toilet. Each floor from 2F to 5F has laundry, washbasins, toilets, and shower rooms, and there are also women-only areas for water facilities, so even those living alone for the first time or women can start their new life with peace of mind.
