These roles involve guiding artists and handing out drinks backstage at the music festival "JAL SAPPORO MUSIC EXPERIENCE 2026," which will be held on April 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2026, at the Daiwa House Premist Dome in Sapporo.

"JAL SAPPORO MUSIC EXPERIENCE" is a large-scale music event gathering a star-studded lineup of artists across various genres. Behind the live performances that thrill so many fans, artists and staff work as one to create the stage.

Through this "Super Job" program, you will have the opportunity to enter the backstage area—a place usually unseen by the public—and experience the role of supporting the artists. It is a special project that allows you to be involved in the behind-the-scenes of an event as a member of the team supporting the extraordinary space of a live concert.

Sharefull's "Super Job" program aims not only to recruit part-time workers but also to add experiential value to the act of "working" itself, creating memorable moments for participants. With the growing interest in experiential consumption and "koto-shohi" (consumption of experiences), Sharefull is working to create new ways of working linked to movies and entertainment, in addition to providing flexible employment opportunities that utilize spare time.
