The company announces that it is recruiting 'artist guide part-timers' via the 'Sharefull' Super Part-time project. These individuals will guide artists backstage and hand out drinks at the 'JAL SAPPORO MUSIC EXPERIENCE 2026' music festival, held at Daiwa House Premist Dome in Sapporo on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, 2026.

'JAL SAPPORO MUSIC EXPERIENCE' is a large-scale music event bringing together gorgeous artists across various genres. Behind the scenes of the live performances that drive many fans wild, artists and staff work together to create the stage.

In this Super Part-time project, participants will experience the role of supporting artists by stepping backstage, an area normally unseen by the public. This is a special project where you can be involved behind the scenes as a member supporting the extraordinary space of a live concert.

Sharefull's Super Part-time projects aim not merely to recruit part-timers, but to add experiential value to the act of 'working' itself, creating memorable times for participants. As interest in experiential consumption and 'koto-shohi' (consumption of experiences) rises in recent years, 'Sharefull' is working to create new ways of working linked with movies and entertainment, in addition to providing flexible employment opportunities utilizing spare time.
