Partnering with Gunma Bank Group to Solve Human Resource Challenges in the Food and Beverage and Tourism Industries | Concluded a Business Entrustment Agreement with Gungin Consulting

ShareDine Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hikari Iida; hereinafter "ShareDine") has concluded a business entrustment agreement with Gungin Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Maebashi-shi, Gunma; President: Takeo Igarashi; hereinafter "Gungin Consulting"), a group company of The Gunma Bank, Ltd., and has commenced collaboration regarding customer referrals to tourism and food and beverage businesses in Gunma Prefecture.

Through this collaboration, by utilizing the regional business network held by the Gunma Bank Group, we will promote the introduction of "CHEFLINK," an integrated platform operated by ShareDine that connects chefs with food and beverage businesses, aiming to resolve human resource shortages in the region and achieve the sustainable development of the tourism and food and beverage industries.

◾️Background of the Partnership

With the recovery of tourism demand and the progress of regional revitalization, labor shortages, particularly during peak seasons, are becoming increasingly serious in the food and beverage and accommodation industries. Especially in regional areas, structural issues such as recruitment difficulties, soaring labor costs, and a lack of human resource liquidity are becoming apparent.

On the other hand, among chefs, there is growing interest in working styles that transcend regions and in diverse career opportunities.

"CHEFLINK" provides new options for both food and beverage businesses and chefs by supporting everything from spot shifts to full-time employment and overseas recruitment support seamlessly, based on a network of 40,000 registered chefs*.

Through this partnership, we will promote the introduction of "CHEFLINK" to regional companies supported by Gungin Consulting and the Gunma Bank Group, and proceed with building a sustainable human resource securing model in Gunma Prefecture.

*This number of registrants is the total number of chefs who have registered through "CHEFLINK," "SPOT CHEF," and "SHAREDINE" provided by ShareDine.
