DPVR Adjusts Pricing for P-Series Standalone VR Headsets Amid Rising Memory Costs

DPVR (DPVR), a provider of VR and AI wearable solutions, has revised the sales prices of its P-series standalone VR headsets in the Japanese market in response to the rising global prices of memory and key electronic components.

As part of this price adjustment, the sales prices of the affected products have been increased by an average of approximately 20%. The new prices have already been implemented.

In recent years, the expansion of the AI server and high-performance computing markets has led to a global surge in demand for DRAM and NAND flash memory. This has consequently impacted the procurement costs of memory and key electronic components used in VR devices.

To maintain product quality, ensure stable supply chains, and continue investing in ongoing technological development, DPVR has implemented this price adjustment.
