The Company alleges that the rechargeable jet blower offered for sale by K-Heavens Co., Ltd. under the name "Aragami NEO" on the crowdfunding site "Makuake" infringes on its design right (Registration No. 1806473). [Target Product] Aragami NEO. The Company has been manufacturing and selling rechargeable jet blowers under the "AERO TOOLS" brand since 2024, aiming to create products that truly delight users. The "AERO TOOLS MK-2," a product related to the aforementioned registered design, is an improved version of the previous model in terms of safety and durability, and the Company is confident in its quality. The Company is deeply concerned that products with a highly similar form reaching customers could damage the trust in the quality of its products. The Company positions its intellectual property rights related to its products as important management resources. Moving forward, while respecting the intellectual property rights of other companies, the Company will take strict measures if it determines that its own intellectual property rights have been infringed.
